Warranty and Returns Policy

1. Limited 1-Year Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)

DruML products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the original date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within this 1-year period, DruML may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable unit, or
  • Offer another reasonable solution.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from this store or from authorized dealers.

2. “As-Is” Sale and Exclusions

Except for the limited warranty stated above, all products are sold “as is” and “with all faults.”

This means, without limitation:

  • No guarantees are made about fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated.
  • Cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, and changes in personal preference or expectations are not covered.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, or use outside intended operating conditions is not covered.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are available only where there is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.
  • Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind,” “didn’t like it,” or incompatibility with third-party gear are not accepted.
  • All non-defect sales are final.

To start a warranty claim, you must contact support first and follow the troubleshooting and return instructions provided. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Shipping Costs

  • For all returns and warranty claims, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping to and from the service location.
  • The customer is also responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, or similar charges.
  • If a returned product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, diagnostic or repair services may be offered at a reasonable additional charge.

5. Warranty Period

  • Standard hardware warranty: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
  • After the 1-year warranty period ends, repairs or replacements may be offered at a reasonable cost if parts and service are available, but are not guaranteed.

6. How to Get Support

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

  1. Email support@druml.ai with your order number, serial number, photos or video, and a detailed description of the problem.
  2. DruML may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to help diagnose the issue.
  3. If a return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization. Products sent without approval may be refused or returned at your expense.
