Order Processing
All DruML orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer Standard shipping via USPS or UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping is also available with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. DruML is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is fulfilled.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
DruML electronic drum pads are packed securely to withstand standard shipping handling. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for standard shipping. Expedited and carrier-specific methods may require a physical address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
