Looking to upgrade your kit? The DruML S1 brings ultra-low-latency digital triggering that is compatible with Roland, Yamaha, Alesis, and any other VST/Module capable of being triggered by an external USB or MIDI device.
Fully self-contained, every DruML device has its own high-speed signal processing engine that reads sensor data directly at the source, delivering ultra-low latency and exceptional precision over both USB and MIDI. The entire system is configured via MIDI and paired with DruML Studio — an intuitive software suite designed to give you full control without slowing you down.
Flexible MIDI mapping lets you integrate seamlessly with your favorite modules, DAWs and VSTs, while a growing library of presets enables one-click setup for the most popular audio software.
While much of today’s AI conversation focuses on language models, a quieter shift is happening in hardware — intelligent systems that translate the nuance of physical performance into precise digital expression.
The S1 is just the beginning — more sizes, options, and instruments are on the way.

Drum Software/Triggering Specs
We're not shy about the performance of our hardware. Tighter hardware / tuning will lean towards the lower end of the latency spectrum as the neural networks can make more confident earlier decisions.
- Worst-case time from initial impulse to MIDI bus: 5ms
- Typical peak-to-MIDI time: 2.8ms
- 33kHz sampling speed
- Minimum peak-to-peak flam spacing: 4.2ms 😈
- Maximum MIDI DIN speed: ~32kbps
- Maximum USB speed: 12Mbps
- Neural inference: ~120 μs
Compatibility
- Any VST/DAW capable of being triggered by MIDI
- Any instrument with a MIDI DIN input
- Works with eDRUMin in USB-host mode or in parallel
- Works with Roland TD modules (Both USB and MIDI) with full cross-stick and positional sensing support
- Yamaha keyboards (e.g. MoxF8 etc)
- iPad/iPhone to trigger GarageBand
In the box:
